Noon debug programs.

~TCNT : Test Count, count the number of time an ID appears on the map.

~TRAT : Test Ratio, count the number of non-empty screens on map, and display the ratio structures/total.

~TTPT : Test Teleport To, find the find screen of the map with the manually specified ID, teleport the player to this position and start the game.
