With your eyes. Seriously you will need groff to compile it, it's probably already on your system.

How do I add stuff?

For this repository. Add yourself as an autor after all existing one in source.ms. You can then add suggestions in the right categories with the correct format. When you are done, submit a merge request. It will be evaluated and merge if I want it to be.
