* mount.cc (mount_info::cygdrive_win32_path): Always upper case 

DOS drive letter to accommodate case sensitivity.
	(cygdrive_getmntent): Ditto.
	* path.cc (path_conv::check): Invalidate wide_path after making path
	relative.
