	(execvpe): Drop converting NULL envp to emtpy envp.  Call spawnve.

	* spawn.cc (spawnve): Convert NULL envp to emtpy envp.  Remove outdated
	comment.
	(spawnlp): Call spawnve.
	(spawnlpe): Ditto.
	(spawnvp): Ditto.
	(spawnvpe): Fix formatting.
