From 2e008fb91f34b5a257305a1e9e42f60fb0aef81d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Christopher Faylor Date: Sun, 7 Dec 2003 22:37:12 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Change use of BOOL, TRUE, FALSE to bool, true, false, as appropriate, throughout. * tty.cc (tty::common_init): Remove call to SetKernelObjectSecurity and edit some comments. * cygheap.h (init_cygheap::ctty): Add new element. * devices.in (device::parse): Remove special handling for /dev/tty. * devices.cc: Regenerate. * dtable.cc (build_fh_pc): Don't reset /dev/tty device. Let the device opener do that. * fhandler_termios.cc (tty_min::set_ctty): Redefine to _pinfo class. * fhandler_tty.cc (fhandler_tty_common::set_close_on_exec): Avoid setting noninherit flag for ctty. * tty.h: Move BOOLs to bools. (tty_min::set_ctty): Redeclare to _pinfo class. * pinfo.cc (_pinfo::set_ctty): Define new function based on tty_min::set_ctty. Change first argument from tty number to tty_min class. * pinfo.h (_pinfo::set_ctty): Declare. * fhandler_console.cc (fhandler_console::get_tty_stuff): Reflect move of set_ctty to _pinfo class. * fhandler_tty.cc (fhandler_tty_slave::open): Treat FH_TTY specially. Use saved cygheap value if it exists. Otherwise convert to real device and save on first time open. (fhandler_tty_common::dup): Potentially set controlling tty if duping a slave tty. * syscalls.cc (setsid): Close controlling tty in cygheap. * tty.cc: Change some BOOLs to bools. --- winsup/cygwin/ChangeLog | 36 ++++++++++++++ winsup/cygwin/cygheap.h | 4 +- winsup/cygwin/dcrt0.cc | 20 ++++---- winsup/cygwin/debug.cc | 16 +++---- winsup/cygwin/debug.h | 4 +- winsup/cygwin/devices.cc | 2 - winsup/cygwin/devices.in | 2 - winsup/cygwin/dtable.cc | 16 ++----- winsup/cygwin/dtable.h | 2 +- winsup/cygwin/fhandler.h | 26 +++++----- winsup/cygwin/fhandler_console.cc | 80 +++++++++++++++---------------- winsup/cygwin/fhandler_fifo.cc | 2 +- winsup/cygwin/fhandler_mem.cc | 4 +- winsup/cygwin/fhandler_random.cc | 8 ++-- winsup/cygwin/fhandler_serial.cc | 13 +++-- winsup/cygwin/fhandler_socket.cc | 20 ++++---- winsup/cygwin/fhandler_tape.cc | 14 +++--- winsup/cygwin/fhandler_termios.cc | 28 +---------- winsup/cygwin/fhandler_tty.cc | 55 ++++++++++++++------- winsup/cygwin/fork.cc | 10 ++-- winsup/cygwin/grp.cc | 4 +- winsup/cygwin/localtime.cc | 56 ++++++++++------------ winsup/cygwin/mmap.cc | 14 +++--- winsup/cygwin/ntea.cc | 6 +-- winsup/cygwin/passwd.cc | 8 ++-- winsup/cygwin/path.cc | 32 ++++++------- winsup/cygwin/path.h | 4 +- winsup/cygwin/pinfo.cc | 30 ++++++++++++ winsup/cygwin/pinfo.h | 3 +- winsup/cygwin/sec_acl.cc | 46 +++++++++--------- winsup/cygwin/sec_helper.cc | 6 +-- winsup/cygwin/security.cc | 74 ++++++++++++++-------------- winsup/cygwin/security.h | 10 ++-- winsup/cygwin/select.cc | 14 +++--- winsup/cygwin/sigproc.cc | 36 +++++++------- winsup/cygwin/sigproc.h | 6 +-- winsup/cygwin/spawn.cc | 10 ++-- winsup/cygwin/strace.cc | 6 +-- winsup/cygwin/syscalls.cc | 9 +++- winsup/cygwin/tty.cc | 58 ++++++++++------------ winsup/cygwin/tty.h | 15 +++--- 41 files changed, 425 insertions(+), 384 deletions(-) diff --git a/winsup/cygwin/ChangeLog b/winsup/cygwin/ChangeLog index 3aa4c1b21..062c6357f 100644 --- a/winsup/cygwin/ChangeLog +++ b/winsup/cygwin/ChangeLog @@ -1,3 +1,39 @@ +2003-12-07 Christopher Faylor + + Change use of BOOL, TRUE, FALSE to bool, true, false, as appropriate, + throughout. + +2003-12-07 Pierre Humblet + + * tty.cc (tty::common_init): Remove call to SetKernelObjectSecurity and + edit some comments. + +2003-12-07 Christopher Faylor + + * cygheap.h (init_cygheap::ctty): Add new element. + * devices.in (device::parse): Remove special handling for /dev/tty. + * devices.cc: Regenerate. + * dtable.cc (build_fh_pc): Don't reset /dev/tty device.
