file-handle and a direct syscall, just use _open.
	* libc/sys/mmixware/sys/syscall.h (TMPFNO): Remove this magic
	file-handle.

	* libc/sys/mmixware/_exit.c (_exit): Update comment about
	passing on the exit value.
