* new-features.sgml (ov-new1.7.2): Add support for new charsets. 

Change text for modifier support.
	(setup-locale-charsetlist): Add new GEORGIAN-PS and PT154 charsets
	to list of supported charsets.  Reorder list for non-ISO, non-CP
	charsets alphabetically.
