	eom_detected to false after successful seek.
	* fhandler_raw.cc (fhandler_dev_raw::writebuf): Delete.
	(fhandler_dev_raw::raw_read): Remove calls to writebuf.
	(fhandler_dev_raw::raw_write): Always invalidate buffer.
