* libc/sys/linux/Makefile.am: Add pathconf.c and fpathconf.c.
        * libc/sys/linux/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
        * libc/sys/linux/inode.c: Add chmod, fchmod, and chown syscalls.
        * libc/sys/linux/io.c: Add ftruncate syscall.
        * libc/sys/linux/fpathconf.c: New file.
        * libc/sys/linux/pathconf.c: Ditto.
        * libc/sys/linux/linux_fsinfo.h: Ditto.
        * libc/sys/linux/sys/unistd.h: Ditto.
