* fhandler_proc.cc (format_proc_stat): Use new in_buf.

(format_proc_cpuinfo): Replace szBuffer with a union in_buf.  Use type
	correct throughout.  Add a couple of missing or newer cpu flags.  Allow
	certain AMD flags for intel as well.
