	(fhandler_base::fstat_helper): Special case remote file systems
	returning (unreliable) 32 bit inode numbers.
	(fhandler_base::readdir): Ditto.
	* fhandler_netdrive.cc (fhandler_netdrive::readdir): Ditto.
