* fhandler_console.cc (fhandler_console::input_tcsetattr): Make 

ENABLE_PROCESSED_INPUT flag only depending on value of IGNBRK.
	(fhandler_console::tcgetattr): Don't set ISIG depending on
	ENABLE_PROCESSED_INPUT, set IGNBRK instead.
