* mh-cygwin (LDFLAGS): Turn up stack allocation to 12MB. 

(BOOT_LDFLAGS): Add matching stack size flag.
	* mh-mingw (LDFLAGS): Likewise.
	(BOOT_LDFLAGS): Likewise.
