	(d_special_name): Handle "Gr" case.
	(d_print_comp): Handle DEMANGLE_COMPONENT_JAVA_RESOURCE,

	DEMANGLE_COMPONENT_CHARACTER cases.
	* testsuite/demangle-expected: Add test for java resource name
	mangling.
