* libc/include/sys/features.h: Set RTEMS's _POSIX_MONOTONIC_CLOCK to
        200112L (SUSv3 compliance).
        Comment out RTEMS's _POSIX_SHARED_MEMORY_OBJECTS (Unsupported).
