* libc/ctype/iswblank.c (iswblank): Remove Unicode characters 

U+00A0 and U+200B.  Add Unicode character U+180E.  Add comment
	to explain how to generate from Unicode data file.
	* libc/ctype/iswspace.c (iswspace): Ditto.
