        getpagesize() instead. Don't touch errno and don't create debug output
        while init() is running.
        (lseek): Add bounds checking. Fix SEEK_END.
        (fstat): Eliminate page size constant. Use getpagesize() instead.
        (dup): Add intended functionality.
