(CHEWOUT_FILES): Add .def files accordingly.
* libc/stdlib/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* libc/stdlib/stdlib.tex: Add documentation links for above functions.
* libc/stdlib/strtoll.c: Fix portability note.
