(__sbprintf): Rename to __sbprintf_r, add a "struct reent *" argument and call _VFPRINTF_R instead of VFPRINTF.
(_VFPRINTF_R): Add data pointer to call to cantwrite(). Fix uses of __sprint() and __sbprintf.
