* doublest.c (floatformat_from_length): Set format to
gdbarch_half_format if length matches.
* gdbarch.sh (half_bit): New architecture method.
(half_format): Likewise.
* gdbarch.h: Regenerate.
* gdbarch.c: Likewise.
