KikooDX bf1c9bd3d4 remove LZY_GINT_* related ifdef clauses
They caused a lot of confusion when undefined and doesn't help for
parity.

lzy

Simple game framework for SDL2 and gint.

Usage

Drop (inc/lzy.h)[lzy.h] into an existing project.

Include implementation in a single source file:
